It is difficult to find the right words to describe what an excellent service Shadow provided us when we booked their excellent tour of the local area whilst staying at the Cliveden Hotel. From the outset the booking consultant was excellent and I was so glad to find that the car very much lived up to my expectations and beyond. The car was spotless both inside and out. I especially want to commend the service provided by our chauffeur, Neil, who not only looked after our every need throughout the day, but also gave a fascinating insight into the history at every location. I booked Shadow Carriage for my wedding day to take my father and I, my mother and my bridesmaids to our wedding venue. I am so glad I did. From my first enquiry all the way through to the journey on the day, their service was exceptional. The cars were beautiful and the chauffeurs were wonderful. My father and I had Philip driving us and he made sure we were comfortable, calm and ready for the wedding. The cars were spotlessly clean which was very important to me as my wedding dress had a long train on it so I was worried it would pick up any dirt it came in to contact with. I need not have worried. Philip made sure I got in to the car in comfort and that my dress was well looked after. My father and I then thoroughly enjoyed chatting to Philip on our way to my wedding.
